Jess is an ambassador for the Australian Literacy & Numeracy Foundation and was previously named in Forbes 30 under 30.

General Manager & Director
Formerly an analyst at Deloitte, Rob joined the world of advertising via ClemengerBBDO where he worked on campaigns for Victoria Bitter, Australia Post and SEEK. Since joining Willow & Blake in 2017, Rob has worked across hundreds of clients around the world spanning health, beauty, retail and hospitality including BMW, Asahi, Grill’d, Bar Bambi and Bras N Things.
Madeleine is a well-rounded end to end Marketer with a strong creative eye and entrepreneurial mindset. Joining us from Swisse Wellness and Specsavers, she has experience in supporting and leading rebrands as well as large scale and localised campaigns.
Formerly of BrandFuel in the UK, Shaun is a multidisciplinary strategist and designer with extensive experience working across brand identity, art direction and experiential for some of the world's biggest brands including Nike, Google and Snapchat. Prior to joining W&B Shaun led the strategy team at Culture Digital Agency where he specialised in trend analysis to develop unique and thorough strategies and art direction for new and existing brands. Shaun has a strong interest and background in all things fashion.
Head of Tone of Voice
Bri makes people laugh (in ten words or less). Notches in her belt include: a BFA in Screenwriting, AWARD School, working agency-side for Bakers Delight, PUMA and Suzuki, running a successful yet short-lived earring brand, and thriving as the Senior Copywriter at frank body. She’s got a head full of ideas (and shoes full of feet).
Senior Copywriter & Strategist
Kimberley's high school career counsellor suggested she pursue copywriting due to her "clear apathy for math" and "apparent need for unnecessary linguistic gymnastics." Over a decade on, Kimberley has lived and worked in five countries, writing for everything from high fashion to aged care, and Disney to sex toys. But she has never found the time to pen Mrs B a thank you note for her (slightly passive-aggressive) recommendation.
Cutting his teeth at Studio Round where he worked on notable clients such as Koko Black, King & Godfree and Baker Bleu, Noah joined W&B as a brand identity specialist where he focuses his skills on developing unique and original visual identities for clients across consumer goods, hospitality and fashion. He has a strong interest in typography and publication design with his work informed by historic design precedents and a broad cultural reference bank.
