Grill’d has been a household name for a hot second. While the burgers have been good since the start, their communications and social media needed a refresh to stand out in a food scene busting with burger-based competition.
After we ate, we refreshed their brand messaging and focused on what made them famous: simple, real, and fresh. A tweak in the brand messaging hierarchy saw the focus lean towards good tasting burgers, followed by the health benefits.
A user generated content focus on social leveraged their loyal following as their greatest marketing tool, leading to a 10k increase in followers of the next 12 months.
