Clare Barrins wanted to start a swimwear revolution: swim shorts, designed for coverage, comfort, and every body type. We wanted to build the brand to help her do it.
We began by reclaiming ‘Sheila’: as a name, a movement, and a way of living on your own terms. An ode to California-based Clare’s Aussie roots.
Then, Sheila needed a look, feel, and voice that encouraged people to let go of what held them back: swimwear they didn’t feel their best in.
We crafted a sun-soaked visual identity, and a bold, self-assured tone of voice, made for lovers of sand, sea, and life. Then brought it to life with a website and social strategy.
