ROH came to us with a name and a visual identity, and we completed a brand strategy deep dive into their competitors and audience to understand how to market the brand in a saturated haircare market. Who are we speaking to? What do they care about? And how do we communicate it? We landed on a brand personality that sounds like your smart friend at happy hour. We refreshed the cliches, wrote super relatable copy, and made the hardcore science accessible for all. The tagline summarises it best: Rooted in hair science.
